Small Blind – early on table

Howdy

I was wondering what others do in similar circumstances.
Lets say you have just sat down at a low limit cash game and have no reads on anyone. You are in the SB with something like KJ suited or not. There are two limpers ahead of you. Should you over-limp, fold or raise?

Sometimes I over-limp, probably say 30%, about 50% I raise, and about 20 % just fold.

How does this sound to people?

B. T. W. in a tournament I think I fold about 50% and raise about 20%.
